This was inspired by an awesome philosophical night with my friend on Wednesday.
The Sky is the Biggest Screen
Do you ever lay up and look at the sky?
The world seems more grand,
And you can feel the magnitude of the Earth beneath you.
The perspective of a spec,
Floating in space,
Living in a very large globe.
The blue sky wraps around everything!
Playfully tossing the tips of the trees,
to and fro.
The clouds roll by.
Slowly.
Changing shapes
From Dragons to Panthers
From Smiles to Menacing faces.
The night sky gently shades your eyes.
As the world lights up, so do the stars.
And if you watch long enough...
You might just see a shooting star.
Make a wish,
The sky is the limit.
